The World Contact translation agency has now been providing services in translation and interpreting for 34 years. Bozena Genßler (Magister in German linguistics/Poland (Masters-equivalent)) founded World Contact in 1991 with its headquarters in Gera, Thuringia, Germany. Bozena Genßler reorganized World Contact as a limited company in 2003, with Mrs. Genßler the CEO of the translation agency. In 2009, World Contact was restructured once again. Due to the rapid growth of the company as well as innovations in the translation market, we have introduced modern software and have extended our product range and services to meet the needs of our customers.

Our company has built up an extensive portfolio of services relating to translation and interpreting. You can profit from the expertise and know-how we have gathered over the past 20 years. Together with our 450 freelance translators, we can provide you with translation and interpreting services in any language in the world. We want to continue to improve our approach to our customers' needs, for example by continuing to expand our capacities, using innovative, market-appropriate technology and software solutions, and checking the accuracy of our translations by using a multi-pass workflow of translation and proofreading.
